Wild Tree Adventures Success at Scottish Thistle Awards
Wild Tree Adventures won the category ‘Best Outdoor Adventure Experience’ at the Lothian and Borders Regional Final of the prestigious Scottish Thistle Awards, held in Edinburgh last month.
The night was packed with amazing experience and tourism providers from all over a huge sway of Scotland including experiences as diverse as Alpaca Trekking at Beirhope in the Cheviots to Creiff’s Library of Innerpeffray! Other winners on our doorstep were Rutherfords Micropub, Ride Scottish Borders and Kingsmuir House, Peebles.
Wild Tree Adventures now goes to the national final to compete with other regional winners from all over Scotland!
Director of Wild Tree Adventures, Tim Chamberlain, said: “We are honoured and delighted to be recognised in these awards, thank you! Over the last two years we’ve helped hundreds of people to adventure high into the canopy of amazing trees. All have discovered something of the magic of up there. We look forward to a fabulous 2020!”
Wild Tree Adventures’ entry was judged by an industry panel and was recognised for “Providing customers with a unique thrill…” and a “…commitment to conserving the natural environment while offering an immersive experience with an educational focus.”
